Tanco's Vacation Super Club members say offer 'grossly unfair'

Tanco's proposal to wind up Vacation Super Club by paying members based on the unused tenure for the resorts is meeting with resistance.

Tanco Resorts, a unit of listed Tanco Holdings Bhd, wants to terminate and dissolve VSC, which is among the oldest time-sharing membership clubs in the country.

The members claim the deal offered was “grossly unfair’’ and they want Tanco to come up with a better offer.
