KUALA LUMPUR: Zurich Asia Holdings Ltd is selling its 40% stake in Malaysian insurer MCIS Zurich Insurance Bhd for RM304mil.
Zurich Asia, which is a unit of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd, said it had entered into an unconditional agreement to sell its 40.11 million shares in MCIS Zurich to Koperasi MCIS Bhd.
