Sime Darby Motors subsidiary Inokom targets 20,000 vehicles a year


KULIM: Inokom Corp Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sime Darby Motors, is targeting to produce 20,000 vehicles this year, compared to 14,000 a year ago.

Its managing director Mohd Rizal Jailan said in an interview that the 20,000 units would comprise some 6,000 BMW cars, 8,000 units of Elantra, I-10, Santa Fe and the AD3 5-tonner truck, and 6,000 units of Mazda, Land Rover Defender and commercial vans.
