KUALA LUMPUR: Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Bhd
shares closed sharply higher yesterday, surging 38 sen to RM1.60 after the Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled in favour of the company against 10 defendants, including its former directors.
As for Kalwant Singh, who was one of the earlier defendants, Multi-Code had said the court had dismissed the plaintiffs' claim against him.
