PETALING JAYA: Mamee-Double Decker (M) Bhd will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia on Monday.
Last April, its major shareholders, which then owned 72% of the food manufacturer, proposed a privatisation of the company via Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965, which entailed a capital reduction and repayment of RM4.39 per share. The exercise was completed on Dec 16.
