GEORGE TOWN: Expectations of a slower second half for the electronics and hard disk drive (HDD) industry are prompting some players in Penang to revise their production targets and defer expansion plans.
Eng Teknologi Holdings Bhd, originally targeting to produce 154.7 million pieces of HDD components such as base-plates, separators and actuators this year, is no longer confident of achieving that target.
