BGroup buying 56% stake in Graphic Press

KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Corp Bhd subsidiary Berjaya Group Bhd (BGroup) has proposed to acquire a 55.7% equity interest in Graphic Press Group Sdn Bhd from Far East Digital Prints Sdn Bhd and HSPL Pte Ltd for RM5.61mil.

The acquisition would result in Graphic Press becoming a 69.76% subsidiary of BGroup, from just an investment of 14.06%, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
