Scan's former CEO says termination of his services unlawful

PETALING JAYA: The SCAN Associates Bhd case has become more tangled, with former chief executive officer Datuk Aminuddin Baki Esa coming out strongly to counter allegations that he had been involved in manipulating the Mesdaq company’s numbers.

Aminuddin said the transactions singled out in an investigative audit had been made known earlier to the board of directors. He also described his termination as CEO as “unlawful” and has referred the matter to the Industrial Relations Department.
