Sustainable manpower and skills needed for nation to grow

MANPOWER is a crucial, if not the most critical component for Malaysia to become a fully developed nation by 2020.

However, there is a worrying trend when our own highly educated and skilled manpower such as scientists, accountants, nurses and doctors leave for other countries in search of greener pastures or for other reasons.
