Petaling Jaya: MBf Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary WR Carpenter (PNG) Ltd has acquired Carpenters Vanuatu Holding Ltd (CVH) and its group of companies for about RM12.8mil from Garde Ltd.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, MBf said the acquisition was to expand the group’s business throughout the Pacific region.
