OSK buys 51% stake Indonesian stockbroker for RM69.8mil


KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Holdings Bhd is making its foray into Indonesia’s stockbroking industry by acquiring a 51% stake in PT Nusadana Capital Indonesia (PTNCI) for about RM69.86mil.

OSK Holdings said on Tuesday its unit OSK Investment Bank (OSKIB) had entered into a conditional shares subscription agreement with PTNCI, PT Ascend Unity Capital and PT Multidana Assetama to subscribe for the stake.
