BUTTERWORTH: Pembangunan Bandar Mutiara Sdn Bhd (PBM) is launching the second phase of the RM2bil Bandar Tasek Mutiara project in Simpang Ampat, South Seberang Prai, in the first quarter of 2008.
Its assistant general manager Tan Hun Beng told reporters yesterday (Aug1) that the second phase comprises some 8,000 units of terraced, semi-detached, and bungalow properties, which would be launched in stages according to market demand.
