PETALING JAYA: The London Business School Alumni Club Malaysia (LBS Alumni) will be hosting a regional conference to enhance the economic cooperation between Malaysia and Singapore.
Themed “Malaysia-Singapore Businesses, Expanding in Asia: New Challenges and Opportunities,” the conference will have Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Sri Najib Tun Razak and his counterpart, Wong Kan Seng as joint keynote speakers.
LBS Alumi president Datuk Mohamed Saufi Abdullah said that it was the second time the alumni was organising such a conference.
“Malaysian and Singaporean companies should take this opportunity to come together and clinch global business opportunities, not as competitors but as partners,” he said in a statement.
Saufi added that conference, which would be held on Nov 27, would identify and enhance the economic opportunities between the two nations.
