KUALA LUMPUR: FedEx Express (FedEx), a subsidiary of FedEx Corp, has appointed Lily Tay as the managing director of customer service operations for the South Pacific region.
Tay is responsible for the development and execution of the overall customer service strategies and call center operations in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand.
