BUTTERWORTH: Sunrise Megacity Sdn Bhd plans to develop more landed properties in strategic locations here and on Penang island. 

Chief executive officer K.C. Wong said the trend in Penang today was to build quality landed properties in good neighbourhoods and price them attractively.
