PEKAN: Competitive Supreme Sdn Bhd, the sole importer and distributor for SsangYong vehicles, is targeting to sell 1,500 to 2,000 units of the locally assembled Rexton II sports utility vehicle (SUV) over the next 12 months.
Managing director Muhammad Fadhil Ahmad said the company was optimistic the new completely-knocked down model would emulate the success of Rexton, which was the number one selling fully-imported full size diesel SUV in the country from 2003 to 2005.
