Proton board accepts Kisai’s resignation


KUALA LUMPUR: Proton Holdings Bhd said its board of directors has accepted the resignation of Datuk Kisai Rahmat as executive director of engineering and manufacturing, effective July 31. 

Kisai, who joined Proton in 1983, was one of the pioneer members of the national car project and had made significant contributions to its development, Proton said in a statement.
