KUALA LUMPUR: Scomi Engineering Bhd has completed its takeover of Mtrans Transportation Systems Sdn Bhd after acquiring 51% of Mtrans' issued and paid-up capital for RM30mil.
Scomi Engineering senior vice-president Hilmy Zaini said the company's strategy remained in acquiring technology, and then developing and enhancing it for the global export market.
