KUALA LUMPUR: Spain’s Roca Corporacion Empresarial, S.A., the world’s largest sanitary ware manufacturer, has acquired Johnson Suisse (M) Sdn Bhd for RM100mil.
“We will invest another RM100mil in the company in the next five years to increase production capacity by a further 25% to 30% from the current 60% to 65%,” chief executive officer Jose Miguel Roca said at a press conference here yesterday.
