Muda plans RM30mil combined heat and power plant for paper mills


Muda Holdings Bhd is in the final phase of evaluating the installation of an RM30mil combined heat and power plant (CHP) for the co-generation of steam and electricity for its unit, Muda Paper Mills Sdn Bhd. 

“We will finish our evaluation by month-end. Most probably, implementation (of the CHP) will take place one year from January,” managing director Azaman Abu Bakar said.
