LOCAL businessman Datuk Ong Beng Seng and Singapore's CapitaLand Ltd plan to tie up with Selangor's Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah to build a S$265mil Four Seasons hotel and apartment complex in Kuala Lumpur, taking advantage of rising property prices and tourism.
Closely-held Venus Assets Sdn Bhd, owned by Singapore-based hotelier Ong, would submit an application for the development next to the Petronas Twin Towers soon, Venus Assets chairman Syed Yusof Nasir (pic) said.
