GLOBAL Upline Sdn Bhd, the turnkey contractor for three major airport projects in Sarawak worth some RM1.1bil, has received the letter of intent from the Federal Government to undertake the proposed upgrading of Labuan Airport.
Company adviser Tan Sri Ting Pek Khiing said the contract value was being negotiated for between RM200mil and RM300mil.
