THE 70,000 Government suppliers still unregistered with the Ministry of Finance's (MOF) ePerolehan system should do so soon or lose opportunity to make new business when the Government's electronic procurement application becomes fully enabled next year.
Deputy Finance Minister II Tengku Datuk Putera Tengku Awang said the authorities would do away with manual procurement when the Government's procurement centres, called Pusat Tanggungjawab (PTJ), were fully operational in 2006.
