AMFB shares to be delisted


AMFB Holdings Bhd’s entire issued and paid-up share capital will be removed from the official list of Bursa Securities with effect from 9 am tomorrow.  

AmMerchant Bank Bhd said in a statement on behalf of AMFB yesterday that the delisting was being undertaken “pursuant to the completion of AMFB’s privatisation following the quotation of the 188.9 million new ordinary shares of RM1 each in AMMB Holdings Bhd (AHB) issued by AHB in part settlement for the 188.9 million shares in AMFB acquired by AHB under the terms of the privatisation of AMFB on March 17.”
