The sale of the 15.8% block in DRB-Hicom Bhd
to Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Albukhary's Etika Strategi Sdn Bhd is expected to be completed shortly after the draft agreement between the vendors of the shares and Syed Mokhtar is approved by Bank Negara.
DRB-HICOM chairman Tan Sri Mohd Saleh Sulong said the draft agreement between the vendors of the shares and Etika Strategi had been sent to Bank Negara.
