KFCH, EPF sign S&P and lease agreement of Wisma KFC


KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd (KFCH) has entered into a sale and purchase agreement and lease agreement with the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) for the proposed sale and leaseback of Wisma KFC. 

The 22-storey office building with three basement levels of carparks located in Kuala Lumpur will be sold for RM90mil or RM513 per sq ft of the total net lettable area while the lease will be for 10 years with a net annual return of 7% of the sale consideration to EPF.
