Mesdaq-bound OpenSys to raise RM13mil via IPO


MESDAQ-BOUND Opensys (M) Bhd, which is slated for listing on Jan 29, aims to raise RM12.72mil from its initial public offering (IPO). 

“A substantial amount (of the proceeds) has been allocated for research and development activities (R&D) to help ensure the company maintains its market leadership,'' chief executive officer Tan Kee Chung told StarBiz yesterday.
