Sunway keeps focus on workforce development

SUNWAY Holdings Inc Bhd will continue to focus on developing its existing and new generation of workers to meet its human resource requirements, as the diversified group becomes a more prominent regional player. 

Larry Yap, the executive director of group human resource and shared services centre, said: “We believe there is a strong need for people development within the group, which is set to be leaner and more forward looking with the completion of its restructuring exercise.”
