OIL palm plantations company Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd
(KLK) is expanding downstream into resource-based manufacturing and will build an oleochemicals plant in China.
KLK said in a statement that it and Taiko Marketing Sdn Bhd are incorporating a 90:10 joint-venture, known as Taiko Palm-Oleo (Zhangjiagang) Co Ltd in China, and had received regulatory approval.
