CAPTAIN K.H. Chia, CEO of Hong Leong Assurance Bhd (HLA), has resigned from the company to head a multinational insurance firm in China. He announced this yesterday to the senior management staff at HLA, which he has helmed for seven-and-a-half years.
Chia expects to take up his new position next month.
