IDAMAN Unggul Bhd, which will take over the listing status of debt-ridden Idris Hydraulic Bhd before the year-end, is in talks with a foreign insurance group that is seeking to acquire a sizeable stake in the life insurance business of Tahan Insurance Malaysia Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Idris.
