LYL Land Sdn Bhd, the developer of Taman Segar Perdana in Cheras, is set to become a niche player in the high-end property market.
Its chief executive officer Datuk Lim Yew Loong said the company was currently looking for small but prime parcels of land in the Klang Valley to develop more “gated and guarded” community residential developments.
