THE Labuan Offshore Financial Ser- vices Authority (Lofsa) is promoting the development of innovative Islamic financial instruments in the market, according to new director-general Rosnah Omar.
She said Lofsa, as a regulator of the Labuan international offshore financial centre (IOFC), would promote the development of Labuan as a leading centre in Islamic financing.
