ATLAN Properties Sdn Bhd, a 70%-owned subsidiary of Atlan Holdings Bhd
, is believed to be the frontrunner in the recent tender called by Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd to dispose of a 44.84% stake in Naluri Bhd.
Sources said its proposal offered the highest recovery value for Danaharta and presented the best post-restructuring financial effect on Naluri.
