5 PN4 firms appeal against delisting

THE KLSE announced that five Practice Note 4/2001 (PN4) companies have appealed against delisting within the time-frame prescribed for lodgement of appeal. 

Meanwhile, one PN4 company did not submit its appeal within the time-frame prescribed, the KLSE said in a statement.
