COME March, house buyers will get to buy a new kind of home that promises to revive “a quiet and safe neighbourhood with a sense of place and belonging”.
The new product is the Adiva, a collection of 160 homes (78 parkhomes, 66 courtyard terraces and 16 apartments) uniquely laid out in an “intimate yet private” 11-acre freehold enclave in Kuala Lumpur.
