Established in Jan 2016 at Cyberjaya, the real estate agency, after brilliant and excellent results from Cyberjaya to Sepang, now aims to make a mark in Puncak Alam and Nilai. The rising property group and real estate agency, LSV, celebrated its 10th anniversary in January 2026.

Now moving into its 11th year, LSV, after making a big mark from Cyberjaya to Dengkil and Sepang, is now aiming to expand further in Selangor.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Liew Sher Vy, LSV is expanding its presence with a strong focus not only in Cyberjaya, but also in Puncak Alam, now exploring Nilai. Following the successful establishment of its Cyberjaya office, the company is set to open another branch in Puncak Alam, reinforcing its commitment to serving these growing property markets.

With over 16 years of real estate industry experience, Liew, who started the business with only 10 colleagues, has seen the establishment now have a total sales team of 150-plus professional consultants and also has strategic partnerships with 40-plus property developers.

The core focus areas are Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kota Warisan, Dengkil, Salak Tinggi and Sepang, with the organisation now also moving into Puncak Alam and Nilai. Besides Puncak Alam and Nilai, their expansion markets will also be in Shah Alam, Setia Alam and Semenyih.

And after almost 11 years in the business, their services now include: * Sales & Leasing (Residential & Commercial); * Investment & Project Marketing; * Property Consultancy; * Mortgage Services and * Interior Design.

"It has been a wonderful journey for me," said Liew during the company's LSV Annual Awards Ceremony 2026 in Confetti KL. "I am truly grateful for the incredible team that has been with me throughout this journey. Their unwavering support, dedication, and ability to adapt to changing market trends over the years have been instrumental to our success. Their commitment is one of the key reasons LSV has continued to grow and thrive in this industry.

"The property market is a very tough place to start with, and we have come up against so many odds during the tough times of the Covid-19 pandemic. And we have continued to do well, and that is why we hold the annual awards night - to recognise and reward top-performing agents for their outstanding sales performance and dedication throughout the year of 2025.

"After almost 11 years in the business, I believe we will continue to grow even further. Having established a strong presence in Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Dengkil, and Sepang, we are now looking ahead to the next phase of our expansion by strengthening our presence in Puncak Alam and Nilai."

The other success factor for LSV, said Liew, is the company's commitment to helping its agents, and that includes advanced commissions, special allowances, and also holding many workshops for their employees, so they continuously adapt to the ever-changing property market.

"At LSV, we treat one another like family—as friends, brothers, and sisters. We work hand in hand, supporting and uplifting each other every step of the way. This culture of unity, mutual respect, and teamwork is the driving force behind our continued success."

At the awards night, Teo Yu Lern was the top award recipient during the awards night.

"I love working in this company, and the top bosses always treat us with much kindness. They are there for us all the time and always support us when we need help. They do everything to help us become a better agent and close sales. That I will always be thankful for all their help," said Teo. "LSV also has a strong platform, and they are always giving strong training and helpful projects which help us to become good agents."

Meanwhile, first-runner up Nurul Lailatul Natasha Rosman Din said the establishment is very caring towards the agents, and that makes all the employees work even harder for success.

"We have a large team of property consultants, but what sets us apart is our strong teamwork. LSV also gives us incredible backing whenever the agents need help. Sometimes, they also help us financially when needed. Because of this genuine care and commitment, our agents are motivated to give their very best and contribute to the continued success of the company."

The other top agents for the company this year are Jackson Choi Chiun Shun (2nd runner-up), Vehaan Thevarajan (3rd runner-up) and Norhayati Bidin (the fourth runner-up).

All three agreed the company's policy of standing strong behind the agents is a big plus point in helping agents achieve their targets.

"They also help us with many seminars and workshops that are targeted at helping us become better agents. The family atmosphere in this company always helps us to become better agents who are very loyal to the establishment and strive to do better for LSV," said Vehaan and Jackson, with Norhayati agreeing to the statement.

Norhayati also added: "My advice to new agents is to be patient and stay consistent. Success in real estate doesn't happen overnight. Keep learning, build genuine relationships with your clients, and never give up after a rejection. Every experience is an opportunity to improve, and consistency will eventually bring results."

Meanwhile, developers Puncak Dana and KDSB were also present at the awards ceremony. Chuah Chong Ewe from Puncak Dana said LSV had always been a very professional set-up and very committed to helping property developers to close sales.

"They always have been a big help for us. I mean closing sales is what matters, and LSV has always returned to us with high achievements. And my wish is to see them continue to improve with better results in the coming years," said Chuah.

Meanwhile, Mervyn Ung from KDSB also congratulated LSV for its achievements over the years they have been working together. "They are a very dedicated bunch and have always delivered the goods. I wish them all the best and hope they continue to do well with the market," said Ung.
