This landmark event marked the first time Malaysia was selected as the host country since the pageant's inception in 2007, bringing more than 40 international delegates from no less than 15 countries together for a prestigious celebration of beauty, leadership, cultural diversity and environmental advocacy.

Among the countries that were represented at the world final were Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Canada, Japan, Kazakhstan, Estonia, the Canary Islands, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Singapore and Malaysia.
The "Glamourously Green" themed world final was hosted in Malaysia under the leadership of Ammetta Malhotra, President of Mrs./Ms. Earth, with the mission of empowering women to use their voices and platforms to champion positive environmental change.
In her welcome address, Malhotra said: “This year holds a profound meaning to me, as it marks my inaugural year serving as President of Mrs / Ms Earth.”
She continued by saying, “To be entrusted with the leadership of a pageant that has championed beauty, purpose, environmental responsibility, and women’s empowerment for almost 2 decades is both an honour and responsibility I embrace wholeheartedly”.
Malhotra also added, ”As we gather in Kuala Lumpur for the 19th edition of Mrs / Ms Earth, we celebrate women who understand that true beauty is reflected in service, leadership, kindness and respect for our planet.”
“My vision as President is to strengthen Mrs / Ms Earth as a respected global platform where women are not merely crowned but heard, supported, and empowered to leave a lasting legacy.”
Also attending the grand final of the competition was Mrs / Ms Earth CEO & Founder Mykhael Michael from the United States of America.

According to Michael, a veteran in the pageant and entertainment industry, the Mrs Earth pageant was visualised after he had his first child, nineteen years ago. It initially began as a dream inspired through prayer and a deep belief that the world of pageantry could become a powerful force for positive change.
"The true legacy of Mrs Earth is not measured in titles won, but in hearts touched, lives changed, and a planet loved," said Michael.
Pageant week officially opened with delegate registration, followed by the highly anticipated official sashing & crowning ceremony at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur. The following day saw delegates participating in speech practice, choreography rehearsals, and attending an official welcome dinner & gift exchange ceremony hosted by pageant president Ammetta Malhotra at the Pak Punjab Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur.
The focus then shifted to intensive media presentations, official photo sessions, and preliminary environmental advocacy interviews. Scheduled activities also included cultural tours around Kuala Lumpur, environmental community service engagements, public meet-and-greets, and final preliminary dress rehearsals, before concluding in the world finals staged during the weekend. The pageant was organised by Target Wellness & Event Management.
