Indonesian rising bands Tipe-X and Last Child join the festive fun at Latihan Pestapora Malaysia 2026


With less than a month to go before it takes over the National Hockey Stadium, Bukit Jalil on August 15, Latihan Pestapora Malaysia 2026 is turning up the heat with the announcement of its Phase 2 lineup, completing the festival's highly anticipated list of performers.

Organised by Hitman Solutions and Boss Creator, the cross-cultural music festival has unveiled five additional acts set to join this year's celebration — Tipe-X and Last Child from Indonesia, alongside Malaysia's Ruffedge, Lah Ahmad and DJ Disko Santan & Friends. 

Their addition completes a diverse lineup featuring more than 15 artists from Malaysia and Indonesia, bringing together the best of the region's music, culture, and shared heritage.

Renowned for their heartfelt songwriting and captivating performances, Last Child is set to deliver an emotional musical experience for their Malaysian debut performance, while legendary Indonesian ska band Tipe-X will energise festival-goers with the infectious sound that has made them one of Indonesia's most celebrated bands for more than two decades.

Representing Malaysia, sets by Ruffedge and Lah Ahmad are sure to have fans reminiscing and revisiting some of their most beloved R&B hits, offering fans a nostalgic performance, while DJ Disko Santan & Friends will keep the festival atmosphere alive with an exciting musical set throughout the event.

With the announcement of its Phase 2 lineup, Latihan Pestapora Malaysia 2026 now presents a complete artist roster, promising an unforgettable celebration that brings together music lovers from Malaysia and Indonesia through a truly unique festival experience.

Festival-goers can look forward to 12 hours of non-stop entertainment, featuring performances by 15 artists from Malaysia and Indonesia, alongside a variety of activities designed to make Latihan Pestapora Malaysia much more than just a music festival.

As an added perk for the festival’s second edition, the organisers will provide one complimentary bottle of mineral water to each attendee upon entry, while ‘free refillable water’ stations will be available throughout the festival grounds to help fans stay hydrated and energised throughout the event. 

Fans can also explore offerings from a variety of food and beverage vendors, serving a wide selection of food, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day.

Blending music, food, interactive experiences and an electric festival atmosphere, Latihan Pestapora Malaysia 2026 promises an immersive celebration of the shared cultural spirit between Malaysia and Indonesia.

Following the Phase 2 lineup announcement, tickets have officially moved into the “General Admission Phase 2” category, priced at RM249 per ticket. Fans attending with friends or family can also take advantage of the newly introduced “Bundle Pesta”, where every purchase of four (4) General Admission tickets at the Phase 1 price includes one (1) complimentary General Admission ticket, providing even greater value for group purchases.
