Vietnam dismantles gang impersonating Japanese police in scam netting US$420,000

HANOI: A gang impersonating Japanese police to carry out scams has been dismantled, the Hanoi police announced on (March 3) evening.

The police arrested seven suspects and seized numerous devices.
