Laos reveals results of National Assembly election

VIENTIANE: The Lao National Election Committee on Monday (March 2) officially announced the 175 elected members of the Lao National Assembly's 10th legislature following the nationwide vote held on Feb. 22.

According to a report of the Lao People's Army News on Tuesday, representatives were elected from 18 constituencies across the country.

The newly elected members will serve in the 10th National Assembly, representing their constituencies in legislative deliberations, socio-economic policymaking, and the oversight of state affairs. - Xinhua
