Protests break out in Pakistan, Iraq over Khamenei's death

KARACHI, (Pakistan): Pakistani police fired tear gas on Sunday (March 1) to scatter protesters who breached the outer wall of the US consulate in the southern city of Karachi following news of US and Israeli strikes on Iran that killed Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Pro-Iranian protesters also gathered outside the Green Zone in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, where the US Embassy is located.
