'Pentas Barbarik Volume 2' vows a full-house crowd with a super-energetic rock show

As promised, the combination of three drummers, Jojet, Black, and Ainol, at the Pentas Barbarik Volume 2 concert at Mega Star Arena left a lasting impact on the hearts of 5,000 music fans.

The superbly energetic play as expressed by Barbarik guitarist JoBranko the day before the mega performance really ‘happened’ when the three and a half minute drum ‘battle’ in the opening segment created a distinctive ‘sound’.

At the same time, the segment involving the three best drummers as a sign of the emergence of a group known for its great musical identity, this time is not ordinary.

In fact, the concert lasting almost three hours was further enhanced by the appearance of Cromok's guitar, Karl as a guest musician to share the stage with JoBranko.

Although Barbarik has collaborated with Karl many times, the duo of the two legendary guitarists is still highly anticipated, with some even flying in from Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore.

The duo of Barbarik's bass player, Rozaimi, and former Wings member, Eddie, is also unforgettable as they inject their own unique sound every time they appear on stage.

Completing the whole night, which displayed immense rock music,c was the appearance of Muss as a vocalist whose unquestionable vocal power delivered over 20 songs that night.

Among the selections that injected adrenaline into the audience were 'Enigma, Kasmaran, Krisis Di Thamuk Hidup, Padamkan Lampu, Peluru Cokelat, and Keris Tak Ada Sarung'.

Barbarik also invited former Wings singer, Mel, to deliver 'Lena Diulit Intan and Ranjang Mawar' from the 1995 album 'Orang Asing'.

The rock craze was clearly reflected on the faces of every music fans whe were at the venue and said they were happy with the show, and it was worth buying the tickets to attend the Pentas Barbarik Volume 2 concert.

With the stage design, plus the lighting and sound system, the five-star act of their beloved group was likened to an international band.

Before the concert ended, Muss, representing other friends, also announced a joint concert of Barbarik and Cromok on March 22, followed by another Barbarik concert in Singapore next June.
