Pakistan says four from Afghanistan-based group arrested over Islamabad bombing

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has arrested four members of a cell led from Afghanistan over this week's suicide bombing in Islamabad that killed 12 people, according to a government statement on Friday (Nov 24).

"The network was handled and guided at every step by the... high command based in Afghanistan," the statement said, adding that four people, including the cell's alleged commander and three other members, were in custody. - AFP
