Malaysian Navy Chief Admiral Tan Sri Dr Zulhelmy Ithnain chairing the 19th Asean Naval Chiefs Meeting (ANCM) in Batu Ferringhi on Tuesday (Aug 19). The 19th ANCM, from Aug 18 to Aug 22, brought together Asean naval chiefs to discuss the direction of regional maritime cooperation and strengthen mutual trust and understanding.
