HAI PHONG, (Vietnam): A police investigation into an illegal sex trafficking ring has led to the discovery of a brutal murder, in which a young woman was beaten to death and her body dumped in a remote forest in northern Vietnam.
The police on Friday (July 4) announced that they had completed their case file and handed it over to prosecutors, recommending charges against four suspects.
