Rock collapse at Indonesia quarry kills at least five with dozens trapped, Kompas TV reports


JAKARTA: At least five people in West Java in Indonesia were killed and dozens of others were trapped or buried by rubble following a rock collapse at a quarry, Kompas TV reported on Friday (May 30).

The collapse took place in Cirebon in West Java, the report said. Reuters has contacted local authorities for confirmation of the incident. - Reuters
