MANILA: Shiela Guo, dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo’s sister, is now under the custody of the Senate.

Shiela arrived within Senate premises at 12.29pm on Monday (Aug 26) after being detained by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
