JAKARTA: Influencer Cut Intan Nabila posted a distressing video on social media showing herself being subjected to domestic violence by her husband, Armor Toreador.

The video, which was posted on her Instagram account @cut.intannabila on Tuesday (Aug 13), captures an argument between the couple and shows Cut Intan being struck multiple times, despite her pleas.

At one point, their baby was kicked by her husband during the altercation. Born in Aceh on 23 March 2001, Cut Intan married in 2019 and is mother of three children.

In the video description, she explained, "Forgive me if I’ve been closed off and created content that may have been offensive. I’ve never revealed the shame of my marriage on my own. I’ve kept its dignity, but today I can no longer bear it alone.”

The video has shocked many, particularly her revelation: "I’ve been enduring this for the sake of the child. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced domestic violence. I have dozens of other videos stored as evidence.”

Cut Intan also disclosed that during their five-year marriage, her husband has been involved with numerous other women, including her friends. Despite multiple reconciliations, her husband has not changed.

A former fencing athlete and social media personality known for her makeup, fashion content, and inspirational quotes wrote: "It’s true that infidelity and domestic violence never change.”

The Bogor police in West Java acted swiftly, arresting her husband at a hotel in Kemang, South Jakarta, last night after he fled their home in Bogor following the incident.

This morning, Armor was questioned and is now suspected of domestic violence and child abuse. – Bernama
