More trade for Cambodia's rising rice export as it sends milled rice to UAE for first time


PHNOM PENH (Xinhua): Cambodia has exported its first batch of milled rice to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), said the country's Minister of Commerce Cham Nimul.

Locally registered Oneroad Group was the exporter of the rice to the UAE, Nimul said, adding that the company had received the purchase order of 60,000 tons worth US$54 million from the UAE side.
